The purpose of this document is to state the terms and conditions of making use of the Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd. services.
The Google Ads setup can only commence once full payment has been received as communicated between both parties. The client can at any time increase the Google Ads budget.
The campaigns can be paused at any time. Please note, that it is not possible to retrieve money which has already been transferred to Google. The available funds will remain dormant until a decision is made to continue.
All accounts created by Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd., such as Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics accounts remain the intellectual property of Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd. If the client wishes to cancel the services with Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd, the client has the option for the accounts and information to remain dormant (as a Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd account), or these accounts can be fully removed. If the client wishes to make use of their own Google Analytics account, full access should be granted for Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd to link all the appropriate accounts.
There is no contractual binding necessary and the Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd services can be offered on a monthly basis, however, contractual bindings are available at the request of the client. The client will be notified one week prior to the Google Ads budget being depleted. It is advised that the client makes the top-up/payment at the time notified to avoid any delays.
Live data can be viewed via the Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd online platform. Once a client makes use of our services, they shall be provided with their custom login credentials.
Google Ads campaign changes will be done at Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd discretion without prior notice to clients based on Ad performance, however, changes will always be made in the best interest of the Ad performance. Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss of income due to Google Ads account performances..
All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports shall be treated in a strictly confidential manner.
Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to utilize the success of the campaign(s) of the client for its own future marketing. Call Connect Africa (Pty) Ltd shall, however, not disclose any personal information of the client to any third party. All such personal information shall thus be treated in a strictly confidential manner.
